The Chemical Cleaning Division gave the Company its' start. Today this division has continued to grow and remains our largest area of growth with substantial increases in annual sales.

If there's a cleaning requirement in your plant, chemical cleaning is the up-to-the-minute, cost reducing answer.
Chemicals (and these include a wide variety of acids, alkalis and solvents) have the ability to remove all traces of dirt and impurities from pipelines, boiler tubes, heat exchangers, copper tubes in condensers, cooling towers, chillers and evaporators. In fact anywhere that 'build-up', including rust, oil, grease or algae, occurs.

We also undertake pickling and passivating of new pipe lines, oil flushing and pre-commission cleaning of new boilers. Chemical cleaning is more effective and can be used with equal success on land based or marine equipment. It also increases efficiency resulting in 'new' heat transfer values and therefore lower operating costs.
Uniform effectiveness ensures that every part of the equipment, however inaccessible to manual cleaning, is thoroughly de-scaled. Neutralising and passivating agents can also be used so that cleaned surfaces cannot rerust.

Importantly, we are equipped to handle virtually any size cleaning job. This was illustrated recently when Beralon's Chemical Cleaning Division was called upon to clean three salt water coolers from one of the enormous Dredecos dredges working to reclaim land for Sydney Airport's third runway.
